Restarting the Honor Band
- Tap on your Honor Band
- Scroll through option and go to More
- Under More > tap on System
- Next tap on Restart
However, you have to pair your Honor band after it restarts. So, keep the Bluetooth active on your device.
Charge the Fitness Band
Often the battery charge gets lower on your Honor band, So, naturally, it won’t sync properly with the smartphone. Hence, you may not be able to use its features including sleep tracking. So, juice up your Honor band first.

- Go to your smartphone, open it
- Open the Huawei Health app > tap on Devices
- Select your band > tap on Huawei TruSleep.
Clear Cache of Huawei Health App
- Go to Settings > App & Notifications
- tap on See All Apps > scroll down to Huawei Health App
- Select on Storage & cache
- Tap on Clear Cache and Clear Storage

Reset the Honor Band
Resetting the band will take it back to the sate when you first unboxed it. As you may guess, you will lose all your current settings and records on your band. You have to set up everything from scratch. There are two ways to do this.
- activate your Honor band by touching on it
- scroll to More > go to Systems
- Under System tap on Reset and confirm the action
